This Privacy Notice describes the processing of personal data on the Disney Media Sales & Partnerships website, which is operated by The Walt Disney Company Limited (“Disney”). 1 WHY ARE WE COLLECTING YOUR PERSONAL DATA?

1.1 The information provided is necessary to provide you with the email marketing you have requested.

2.1 The information we will collect from you will include your name, company name and business contact details in order to provide the updates and event information you subscribe to for a relevant Disney Affiliate or line of business.

2.2 We do not collect any special categories of personal data (also called sensitive personal data). Special categories of personal data includes information about your: racial / ethnic origin; religious beliefs; sexual orientation; membership of a trade union; or health. However, if you are invited to attend an interview, we may need to ask you for information about your health to enable us to make any necessary adjustments to cater for specific mobility requirements.

3 WHAT ARE WE GOING TO DO WITH YOUR INFORMATION?

3.1 The information which you provide to us will be used to provide you with the marketing information you have requested (and as consented to by you).

3.2 In limited circumstances we may use your information for a purpose other than those set out in this notice. If we intend to do so, we will provide you with information about the purpose before we proceed.

4 TRANSFERRING AND SHARING YOUR INFORMATION

4.1 Your personal data included in may be made available by Disney to Disney affiliated entities or other third party service providers for the purpose of making available or otherwise supporting website. Any transfer of personal data will be done in accordance with inter-group company agreements (for transfers to Disney affiliated entities) and/or to companies which respect UK laws on data protection, and provide adequate safeguards to protect data in accordance with relevant data protection laws and regulations, if applicable.

4.2 The Disney Group is made up of a number of related companies. Your information will only be accessed by other companies in the Disney Group where it is necessary to do so in order to facilitate the website and email marketing subscribed to. The obligations which are set out in this notice shall apply to the other members of the Disney Group to the same extent that they apply to us. 5 SECURITY OF YOUR PERSONAL DATA

5.1 The information that you provide will be stored securely on our electronic systems and the form that you complete will be shredded. Only relevant members of staff will have access to the information you provide to us.

6.1 You can request access to or deletion of your personal data, or correct or update out-of-date or inaccurate personal data.
